Powell Max Agrees to Buy Miracle Media Production; Shares Rise

10:00 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Powell Max ( PMAX ) said Thursday in a regulatory filing it has signed an agreement with Vision Access Enterprises and M Digital Partners under which Vision Access and M Digital agreed to sell all of the issued and outstanding capital of Miracle Media Production to Powell Max ( PMAX ).

Miracle Media provides printing and translation services, Powell Max ( PMAX ) said.

Powell Max ( PMAX ) shares were 34% higher in recent Friday trading.

Price: 0.50, Change: +0.14, Percent Change: +39.04
