08:53 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Power Metallic Mines ( PNPNF ) early on Thursday unveiled its summer drilling plans at the Nisk project in Canada.

The company plans to drill 10,000 to 12,500 meters at the Lion target, 5,000 to 6,250 meters at the Tiger area, and 5,000 to 6,250 meters at the Nisk Main, Nisk West and Nisk East zones.

Power Metallic said a large field crew is carrying out detailed mapping and prospecting of the property, including the recently announced land acquisition package from Li-FT Power ( LIFFF ) . The transaction, which would increase Power Metallic's land package by over 300%, is expected to be finalized in the coming days, the company said.
