Power Nickel Hires Jon Christian Evensen as a Strategic Advisor

12:57 PM EST, 11/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Power Nickel ( PNPNF ) on Wednesday said it engaged Jon Christian Evensen as a strategic advisor to the company.

Evensen will advise the board and management on a variety of topics including strategic transactions, capital markets, and maximizing the value of the company's assets for shareholders.

"As the company looks forward from an exciting 2024 where the Lion Zone discovery turned the Nisk Project into a globally significant polymetallic discovery towards 2025, Power Nickel ( PNPNF ) is excited to work with (Evensen) to realize the full potential of the Nisk Project and progress it forward for the benefit of all stakeholders," said chief executive Terry Lynch.

Evensen has over a decade of experience in investment banking and investment management focused on natural resources.

Power Nickel ( PNPNF ) shares were last seen up $0.04 to $0.77 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
