PowerBank Agrees to Sell Solar Power Projects to Solar Advocate Development in $41 Million Deal

08:41 AM EST, 12/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PowerBank ( SUUN ) said Monday it will construct and sell three solar power projects in New York state to Solar Advocate Development in a $41 million deal.

The three solar projects, named Elmira, Jordan Road 1, and Jordan Road 2, represent a combined generation capacity of 16.87 megawatts, PowerBank ( SUUN ) said.

The net proceeds from the sale will support PowerBank's ( SUUN ) expansion of its Independent Power Producer portfolio, the company said.
