03:42 AM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PowerFleet ( AIOT ) said late Tuesday it has closed its acquisition of Fleet Complete, a vehicle technology and fleet management platform.

The acquisition adds 600,000 subscribers to the company, with estimated combined revenue of more than $400 million, PowerFleet ( AIOT ) said.

"This acquisition immediately scales our presence in both North America and Europe," said PowerFleet ( AIOT ) Chief Executive Steve Towe.
