Powerfleet Resolves SEC Issue Involving Merger Accounting

08:17 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Powerfleet ( AIOT ) said Monday it has resolved an issue with the US Securities and Exchange Commission related to non-cash accounting, determining that it is the accounting acquirer in its merger with MiX Telematics.

The resolution will allow Powerfleet ( AIOT ) to file its Form 10-KT for the transition period ended March 31 and Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, which is expected by Aug. 23, Powerfleet ( AIOT ) said.

The quarter ended June 30 will be the fiscal Q1 for the combined company, according to Powerfleet ( AIOT ).
