07:11 AM EDT, 09/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PowerOne Capital said Wednesday it acquired 1.7 million shares of Full Circle Lithium ( FCLIF ) for $340,000 through the company's private placement.

Full Circle said it issued a total of 22.5 million shares in the placement.

PowerOne Capital is a joint actor of Pat DiCapo. Following the deal, DiCapo's holdings in Full Circle rose to 9,837,785 shares, or a 9.9% stake, from 8,137,785 shares, or 10.6%.

The shares were acquired for investment purposes, PowerOne said.
