PowerUp Acquisition Completes Combination; Aspire Biopharma Gains Nasdaq Listing

01:50 PM EST, 02/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PowerUp Acquisition ( PWUP ) completed a business combination with Aspire Biopharma, which will debut on the Nasdaq on Thursday.

Aspire shares will trade under the ticker ASBP with the options symbol of ASBPW.

The business combination is expected to provide improved access to sources of new capital and expand the internal development of new product offerings, among other things, Aspire and PowerUp, a blank-check company, said Wednesday in a statement.

Aspire, based in Humacao, Puerto Rico, develops drug delivery technology.
