04:17 AM EDT, 08/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PPG Industries ( PPG ) said late Thursday it expanded its facility in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, to produce non-stick coatings for kitchenware, bakeware and low-friction applications.

The company said the expansion includes five new waterborne and solventborne coatings production lines.

The upgrade boosts the plant's capacity to meet increasing regional demand and offers enhanced services to customers.
