PPL Q2 Adjusted Earnings, Operating Revenue Rise; Reaffirms 2024 Adjusted EPS Guidance

08:12 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PPL (PPL) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.38 per diluted share, up from $0.29 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.33.

Operating revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.88 billion, up from $1.82 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $1.64 billion.

The company said it continues to expect 2024 adjusted earnings to be $1.63 to $1.75 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.71.
