PRA Group Prices 6.25% Senior Notes Due 2032

05:53 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PRA Group ( PRAA ) said late Wednesday its unit, PRA Group Europe Holding II, has priced an offering of 300 million euros ($352 million) of 6.25% senior notes due 2032.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds to help repay its debt. It expects to close the offering Sept. 30.
