June 22 (Reuters) - Prada CEO Gianfranco

D'Attis will leave the Italian luxury brand at the end of the

month, Prada said on Sunday, adding it was by "mutual

agreement".

Prada Group's CEO Andrea Guerra will take on the role of CEO

on an interim basis, it said in a statement to Reuters.
