04:30 AM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prairie Operating ( PROP ) said late Wednesday it has closed its $602.8 million acquisition of some Denver-Julesburg Basin assets from Bayswater Exploration and Production and its affiliates.

The company said the acquisition increases its average daily production by about 25,700 net barrels of oil equivalent per day.

The company also said it "anticipates a substantial uplift" in 2025 revenue.
