Prairie Operating Completes Two Bolt-On Acquisitions

08:19 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prairie Operating ( PROP ) said Thursday it completed two bolt-on acquisitions, adding about 16,000 net acres and significant new inventory, including permitted locations.

The acquisitions were sourced off-market, funded by existing working capital and are expected to be immediately accretive, the company said.
