04:27 PM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Praxis Precision Medicines ( PRAX ) said late Thursday it plans a public offering of shares and prefunded warrants.

The company also said it plans to grant its underwriters, including

TD Cowen and Piper Sandler, a 30-day option to buy more shares.

Praxis shares were up over 4% during after-hours activity.
