03:35 AM EDT, 03/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Praxis Precision Medicines ( PRAX ) said Thursday it priced a public offering of 3.3 million shares at $56.50 apiece and prefunded warrants to purchase up to 221,238 shares at $56.4999 per warrant.

Praxis expects to raise gross proceeds of roughly $200 million from the offering.

The company has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 530,973 shares. The offering is expected to close on or about April 2.
