Premier American Uranium Announces Amendments to Promissory Note

12:40 PM EDT, 08/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Premier American Uranium ( PAUIF ) on Tuesday said it amended its promissory note with Sachem Cove Special Opportunities Fund, increasing the available credit by US$865,000 at an annual interest rate of 12%.

The note, first established in 2023 for up to US$1 million, currently has an outstanding balance of US$200,000. Interest will be payable at maturity, with the earlier of Sept. 30, 2025, or the completion of the company's proposed acquisition of Nuclear Fuels ( NFUNF ) set as the closing date.

Under the revised terms, drawdowns must be at least US$100,000 weekly, and a minimum of six months' interest will be due regardless of repayment timing.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.01 to $1.01 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
