08:52 AM EDT, 07/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Premier American Uranium ( PAUIF ) said Wednesday that it commenced its 2025 exploration drill program at the Cyclone uranium project in Wyoming.

The company aims to complete 25 mud rotary drillholes at the Cyclone Rim target for a total of about 20,000 feet. Drillhole locations are based on a combination of historic data and positive 2024 results, including those from Cyclone Rim, the company said.

"Last year's drill program was completed ahead of schedule, which allowed us to accelerate our work and gain valuable insights across the Cyclone project," said CEO Colin Healey. "We are excited to return to the Cyclone Rim target this year and follow up with a focused, efficient drill campaign targeting the most prospective zones as we continue to test the apparent 1/2 mile mineralized trend defined in the 2024 inaugural campaign."

Premier American's share price dropped 9.1% on Tuesday to $1.0 on the TSXV.
