08:36 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Premier American Uranium ( PAUIF ) reported on Tuesday positive preliminary drill results from the Cyclone Rim target within its Cyclone ISR uranium project in Wyoming.

Highlights include 6.5 feet grading 0.066% uranium equivalent, 8.5 feet grading 0.028% uranium equivalent and 6.0 feet grading 0.033% uranium equivalent.

The company said the drilling program at the Cyclone Rim Target remains on track for completion in late fall.

"The inaugural exploration program at Cyclone is off to a very strong start, achieving multiple critical objectives," CEO Colin Healey said.

The company confirmed the presence of uranium mineralization of significant grade near historic intersections at the Rim target.

Premier American's share price rose 6% yesterday to $1.57.
