11:43 AM EST, 01/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Premier Health of America ( PRHAF ) on Wednesday said its subsidiary, Canadian Health Care Agency, has been retained as service provider to provide travel nurse contingent labor services to the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA).

The three-year agreement covers registered nurses, specialty registered nurses and licensed practical nurse roles. The agreement is for an execution on request contract, and the frequency of service requests are uncertain, Premier Health adds.

The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.16 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
