02:45 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Presidio Property Trust ( SQFT ) said Monday it has struck a deal to sell 170,830 shares at $12.00 per share to a single institutional investor.

The firm said it plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The offering is set to close July 15, with A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as the placement agent.

The shares soared about 175% in recent trading.
