holders of Paramount's nonvoting stock to cash out at roughly
$15 per share.
- U.S. Treasury officials have proposed penalties on oil

the world in defiance of Western sanctions.
- Boeing ( BA ) agreed to plead guilty to a felony charge of
conspiring to defraud the federal government over two fatal

- Hurricane Beryl strengthened into a hurricane as it

make landfall along the state's vulnerable coastline.
