leave the board soon, as the Shari Redstone-controlled

entertainment company discusses a merger with Skydance Media.

- Former Trump Organization Chief Financial Officer Allen

Weisselberg was sentenced to five months in jail for lying

during a civil-fraud investigation into the former president.

- KPMG's Netherlands unit agreed to pay a $25 million fine

over claims of exam cheating and misinforming investigators, the
