settlement and patent cross-license agreement, resolving all

- The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau said it sued
Walmart ( WMT ) and payments platform Branch Messenger for

- Xerox has struck a deal for Lexmark
International that values the maker of printers and printing
software at $1.5 billion, including debt.
