Feb 26 (Reuters) - The following are the top stories in

- Over 45,000 U.S. dockworkers represented by the
International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) voted to ratify a
new six-year contract on Tuesday, formalizing a deal which
briefly stopped work at ports stretching from Maine to Texas in
October.
- Ukraine has agreed to a mineral-rights deal with the U.S.
that could be finalized as soon as Friday at a White House
meeting between U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian
President Volodymyr Zelenskiy.
- BlackRock ( BLK ) cut references to its diversity, equity
and inclusion strategy in its latest annual report, joining the
list of Wall Street firms and corporate employers distancing
themselves from DEI.
- Onsemi has initiated a restructuring plan aimed at
reducing operational costs, which would result in the laying off
of about 2,400 of its employees across all business divisions
worldwide in 2025, the chipmaker said in a filing on Tuesday.
- Private equity firm Roark Capital has signed a deal to
acquire restaurant chain Dave's Hot Chicken for roughly $1
billion.
-Japan's ANA said it plans to buy more than $14 billion of
jets from Boeing ( BA ), Airbus and Embraer ( ERJ ),
partly to meet rising travel demand to Japan.
