- Mastercard ( MA ) said it would acquire cybersecurity
company Recorded Future in a $2.65 billion deal, as intelligence
on cyberattacks takes on greater importance amid growing threats
from hackers.
- Amazon.com ( AMZN ) is putting billions of dollars toward
the drivers that deliver its packages following union organizing
activity among such workers.
- Boeing's ( BA ) biggest labor union voted overwhelmingly to
strike, halting production of its best-selling jets and dealing
the latest blow to the struggling aerospace giant.
- Mitsubishi Corp ( MSBHF ) is in talks to buy a stake in
Exxon Mobil's ( XOM ) project in Baytown, Texas, which aims to
be the world's largest low-carbon ammonia facility.
- Air Canada ( ACDVF ) Chief Executive Michael Rousseau
said negotiations with the airline's over 5,000 pilots have
stalled, and Canada's Liberal government should be ready to
