- The Canadian owner of Circle K stores Alimentation
Couche-Tard ( ANCTF ) has said that it is willing to discuss and
engage with Seven & i ( SVNDF ) , which last week rejected its
near $39 billion takeover offer on valuation and regulatory
concerns.
- Elon Musk's AI startup xAI has discussed a deal where it
would get some Tesla revenue in exchange for providing
the carmaker access to its technology and resources.
- The Netherlands-based OCI has agreed to sell its
methanol business for $2.05 billion to Methanex Corp ( MEOH ) in
a cash and share deal.
- Boeing ( BA ) agreed to increase wages by 25% for its
largest union in a four-year pact aimed at preventing a
crippling strike, days before a potential walkout that would
further strain the embattled manufacturer.
