- Britain's competition watchdog is canvassing views on
whether partnerships between Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Mistral, and
Amazon ( AMZN ) and Anthropic, as well as Microsoft's ( MSFT ) hiring of
key figures from Inflection AI, could count as mergers or harm
competition.
The Guardian
- Ryanair has demanded that the EU reform its skies
after the airline was forced to cancel more than 300 flights
across Europe scheduled for Thursday because of a strike by
French air traffic controllers.
- Designer brands including Gucci and Anya Hindmarch have
been left millions of pounds out of pocket and some customers
will not get refunds after online fashion site Matchesfashion
collapsed owing more than 210 million pounds ($261.68
million)last month.
