- GSK will buy efimosfermin, a liver disease drug in
late-stage trials, for up to $2 billion from U.S. biotechnology
firm Boston Pharmaceuticals, the British drugmaker said.
- Bank of London said it is under investigation by Bank of
England's Prudential Regulation Authority over "material
uncertainty" about its funding.

- Britain's Department for Culture, Media and Sport is set
to allow foreign states to own stakes of up to 15% in British
