** Canadian Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne is
challenging the legitimacy of SRG Mining Inc's ( SRGMF ) plan to
relocate to the Middle East, a move it has said will allow it to
skirt a national security review related to a proposed financing
deal with a Chinese buyer.
** The Body Shop Canada Ltd. is accusing its U.K.-based
parent company of "improper" management of its funds, leading to
a liquidity crisis, the closing of nearly one-third of its
stores and the loss of more than 200 jobs in Canada, according
to court documents.
** Greater Toronto area home sales fell in February from
January, snapping two straight months of gains, while prices
increased, keeping a housing market resurgence in check amid
