these stories and does not vouch for their accuracy.

THE GLOBE AND MAIL

** Canadian Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne is

challenging the legitimacy of SRG Mining Inc's ( SRGMF ) plan to

relocate to the Middle East, a move it has said will allow it to

skirt a national security review related to a proposed financing

deal with a Chinese buyer.

** The Body Shop Canada Ltd. is accusing its U.K.-based

parent company of "improper" management of its funds, leading to

a liquidity crisis, the closing of nearly one-third of its

to court documents.

** Greater Toronto area home sales fell in February from

January, snapping two straight months of gains, while prices

increased, keeping a housing market resurgence in check amid

high borrowing costs, data showed on Tuesday.
