- Ag Growth International ( AGGZF ), a maker of grain
handling equipment, turned down a bid from an industry rival
priced at a 35 percent plus premium, Globe and Mail reported on
Tuesday, citing a source familiar with the process.
- Bank of Nova Scotia ( BNS ) expects high interest rates
to take multiple quarters to ease, leaving customers with little
relief, as risks mount for defaults in variable-rate mortgages
and car loans.
- Riot Platforms ( RIOT ) said on Tuesday it has offered to
acquire all outstanding shares of Bitfarms ( BITF ) for about
$950 million in total equity value, even after a private
proposal was rejected by the crypto miner's board last month.
