data-infrastructure company Confluent for about $11
billion, the Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday, in a move
aimed at boosting Big Blue's ability to capture growing demand
for cloud services.
- U.S. President Donald Trump expressed concern over
Netflix's ( NFLX ) $72 billion deal to acquire Warner Bros
.
- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) and GIC will acquire
National Storage REIT ( NTSGF ) for almost $4.5 billion.
- The Trump administration said it will waive an $11 million
fine imposed on Southwest Airlines ( LUV ) as part of a $140
