Donald Trump's social media platform Truth Social, said it is

acquiring German AI cloud company Northern Data ( NDTAF ) in an

all-stock deal valued at roughly $767 million.

- Restaurant Brands International has struck a

joint-venture deal with Chinese private-equity firm CPE to

inject capital into its Burger King China business and help fuel

growth overseas.

- U.S. fund Apollo's sports investment arm Apollo

Sports Capital has agreed to become the majority shareholder in

top-tier Spanish football club Atletico Madrid.

- Coinbase Global ( COIN ) is launching a new platform to

allow individual investors to purchase digital tokens before

they are listed on its exchange.
