voted to retain CEO Julie Felss Masino on the board despite a
controversial rebranding campaign.
- GE HealthCare Technologies ( GEHC ) will acquire
Intelerad, a medical imaging software provider, for $2.3
billion.
- Citigroup ( C/PN ) appointed Gonzalo Luchetti as its new CFO
and shuffled other executive roles as part of a reorganization
of its personal-banking business.
- Australia's government said it would block a $387.2
million takeover of Mayne Pharma ( MAYNF ), by U.S. company
Cosette Pharmaceuticals on national security grounds, citing a
need to protect critical medical supply chains.
- Paramount, Comcast ( CMCSA ) and Netflix ( NFLX )
have submitted bids for Warner Bros. Discovery ( WBD ),
owner of the storied Warner Bros. movie and television studio
and HBO.
- Hong Kong-based conglomerate and parent company CK
