China retail operations to Boyu Capital, retaining 40%.
- Denny's will be taken private in a $322 million
deal, with stockholders receiving $6.25 a share, a 52% premium.
- Anthropic partnered with Cognizant, making it one
of the firm's three largest customers, to expand its AI models
to corporate clients.
- Kimberly-Clark ( KMB ) agreed to acquire Kenvue ( KVUE )
for more than $40 billion, creating a health-and-wellness
