insurer Convex for $7 billion.

- CoreWeave ( CRWV ) plans to buy Core Scientific ( CORZ ) in an

all-stock transaction valued at about $9 billion flopped.

- Fresnillo said it has agreed to buy Canadian

exploration company Probe Gold ( PROBF ) in a roughly $560

sector.
