Prestige Group partners with Awfis to offer flexible office space solutions

Real estate player Prestige Group and co-working platform Awfis have announced a strategic partnership in which they are adding six new co-working spaces in cities such as Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. Awfis will offer over 2 lakh square feet of grade-A flex office spaces within Prestige Group's commercial properties, with a capacity of over 4,000 seats.

CNBC-TV18 spoke to Amit Ramani, CEO of Awfis and Juggy Marwaha, CEO of Prestige Office Ventures, to understand the partnership and the industry trends.

Also, homegrown VC fund 'India Quotient' has launched its fourth fund at $80 million from global and domestic allocations. Madhukar Sinha, Partner at India Quotient, shared details of the fund.
