Primaris REIT Declares November Distribution of C$0.0717 Per Unit

04:16 PM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (PMZ-UN.TO) on Friday said its board declared a monthly cash distribution of C$0.0717 per unit for November, unchanged from October. The payout represents an annualized distribution of C$0.86 per unit.

The distribution is payable Dec. 15 to unitholders of record as of Nov. 28.

The trust said that, as previously disclosed, monthly distributions are expected to increase to C$0.07333 per unit starting with the December 2025 payout, equivalent to C$0.88 per unit annually.
