04:20 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (PMZ-UN.TO) on Monday declared a distribution of $0.07 per unit for the month of September, a yield of $0.84 per unit on an annualized basis.

The distribution will be payable on Oct. 15 to unitholders of record on Sept. 30, and is consistent with the previous month's distribution.

Primaris is Canada's only enclosed shopping center-focused REIT, with a portfolio totaling 38 properties, or 12.4 million square feet.
