Prime Drink Group Terminated Rights Offering and Announced Private Placement

07:21 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Prime Drink Group ( DOMWF ) overnight Thursday announced that it has terminated its previously disclosed rights offering and that it is proceeding with a non-brokered private placement offering of units of the company to raise maximum gross proceeds of C$5 million.

A statement noted each unit will be offered at a price of $5,000 and the offer is comprised of 62,500 common shares in the capital of the company and 62,500 transferable share purchase warrants, resulting in the aggregate issuance of a maximum of 62.5 million common shares issued at a deemed price per share of $0.08 and a maximum of 62.5 million warrants. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase a common share at a price of $0.085 each for a period of two years from the issuance date.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds of the unit offering to develop its business and for general working capital purposes.
