05:27 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Primis Financial ( FRST ) said Wednesday it filed the restated annual report for 2022 last week and plans to file the 2023 report on Friday.

The company said it is "working diligently" to complete delayed 10-Q filings and intends to submit them by Oct. 31.

Primis Financial ( FRST ) received a notice from Nasdaq on potential delisting over continued noncompliance related to the delayed reports.

The company said it filed an appeal and requested an extended stay on the delisting of its shares and doesn't expect its securities will be delisted or suspended.
