Primo Water's Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Increase

08:06 AM EDT, 05/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Primo Water ( PRMW ) reported Q1 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.19 per diluted share, up from $0.07 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.14.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 30 was $452 million, compared with $412.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $439 million.

The company increased its full-year 2024 revenue guidance to $1.86 billion to $1.89 billion, from $1.84 billion to $1.88 billion. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.86 billion.

Q2 revenue is expected at $472 million to $482 million, the company said. Analysts expect $476.3 million.

The company's board maintained a dividend of $0.09 per share, payable on June 18 to shareholders of record on June 7.

Primo Water ( PRMW ) shares were more than 3% higher in premarket trading.
