08:59 AM EST, 01/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Priority Technology Holdings ( PRTH ) said Friday it has bought Rollfi, a developer of white-label payroll and benefits software for institutions, lenders, and software firms.

The deal combines Rollfi's payroll and benefits offerings with Priority's financial infrastructure to help businesses improve working capital and speed up cash flow, the company said.

Rollfi founder Kirubha Perumalsamy said the partnership will enhance Rollfi's ability to deliver payroll solutions.
