10:08 AM EDT, 04/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Privia Health Group ( PRVA ) said Wednesday it is collaborating with Integrated Medical Services to expand its operations into Arizona.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Privia Health ( PRVA ) said it is launching Privia Medical Group-Arizona, with IMS serving as the anchor practice under a long-term management agreement while remaining physician-owned and operated.

IMS is expected to be implemented on the Privia platform in Q4, and the partnership is expected to be profitable in Q4 and for full-year 2026, the company said.

Privia Health ( PRVA ) shares were 2.9% higher in recent trading.
