Privia Health Q3 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Rise; Raises 2025 Revenue Guidance

07:11 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Privia Health Group ( PRVA ) reported Q3 non-GAAP earnings Thursday of $0.29 per diluted share, up from $0.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.22.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $580.4 million, compared with $437.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $492.7 million.

For 2025, the company said it now expects revenue in the range of $2.05 billion to $2.10 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $2 billion.

Shares of the company were up 2.6% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
