Procaps Gets Additional Nasdaq Filing Delinquency Notice

04:33 PM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Procaps ( PROC ) said Friday that it has received a notice from Nasdaq of an additional filing delinquency related to its interim financial statements for the period ended June 30.

The interim financial statements were required to be filed with Nasdaq by Dec. 31, but weren't for reasons that were disclosed previously in relation to the filing of Procaps' ( PROC ) Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2023, the company said.

Procaps ( PROC ) said it plans to respond to the latest notice from Nasdaq and present a plan to evidence compliance with the filing rules.
