09:18 AM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Procaps Group ( PROC ) said Monday that Nasdaq has determined to delist its shares due to the company's failure to show compliance with listing rules on filing periodic and interim financial reports.

As a result of the delisting, Procaps ( PROC ) said its shares are expected to start trading on the Expert Market operated by the OTC Markets Group on Tuesday.

Shares of Procaps ( PROC ) were down 47% in premarket activity Monday.
