05:48 PM EDT, 05/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Procaps Group ( PROC ) said late Monday the Nasdaq Stock Market notified the company Thursday of its noncompliance with the exchange's continued listing requirements as it didn't timely file its 2023 annual report on Form 20-F.

The healthcare and pharmaceutical services company said it plans either to file the 20-F or submit a compliance plan to the Nasdaq within a prescribed 60-day period. If the Nasdaq accepts Procaps' ( PROC ) compliance plan, it may grant the company an extension through Nov. 11 to regain compliance.
