PROCEPT BioRobotics Prices $175 Million Offering by Selling Stockholder

04:29 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- PROCEPT BioRobotics ( PRCT ) said late Tuesday it has priced a public offering of about 1.9 million common shares at $91 per share for gross proceeds of about $175 million.

The selling stockholder has granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 288,461 additional shares.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close around Thursday.

Price: 95.56, Change: -1.13, Percent Change: -1.17

According to the report, sources have mentioned that Chinese regulators are looking to lower the fine by a quarter to $700 million from the initially planned $1 billion. The considered fine now amounts to 5 billion yuan ($728 million), informed sources to Reuters.
