07:43 AM EDT, 05/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Procore Technologies ( PCOR ) said Tuesday that it has acquired Novorender and FlyPaper Technologies to expand its Building Information Modeling offerings.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

Novorender is a 3D model viewer and BIM platform, whereas FlyPaper Technologies is the maker of the Navisworks plugin Sherlock, Procore ( PCOR ) said.

Following the deal, Procore BIM customers will have access to automated and streamlined 3D design coordination, clash detection, and collaboration, the company said.
